Neca’s Hair Lounge is a hair studio in Brixton built around one client at a time. Appointments are released monthly, secured with a deposit, and kept free of plus-ones so the room stays calm and focused on you.
Every style starts with a conversation. Neca listens, consults and tailors each service, then straightens your natural hair before shaping the look, whether that is a Barbie ponytail, a half up, half down or a quick weave.

How an appointment works
From release day to finish.
Slots are released
New appointments open each month between the 15th and 20th, first come, first served.
Secure your chair
Choose your style and time, then pay the £20 non-refundable deposit. No deposit, no appointment.
Prepare your hair
Wash within 1–2 days of your appointment and keep it free of oils, moisturisers and leave-ins. Cleanse and brush out any reused bundles.
Get the address
The full Brixton address arrives 24 hours before your appointment. Allow time for paid parking nearby.
Arrive and relax
Arrive on time and come alone. The balance is paid in cash on the day, less your deposit.

Who we are
Neca’s Hair Lounge is a hair studio based in Brixton, South London. For any privacy question, email necashairlounge@gmail.com.
What we collect
- Booking details: your name, email address, mobile number, chosen service, appointment date and time, and any notes you add.
- Optional details: your Instagram handle and information about your hair or bundles.
- Enquiries and newsletter sign-ups: the details you enter in those forms.
- Payment: deposits are processed by our payment provider. We do not store your card details.
Why we use it
- To manage your appointment, send your confirmation and the salon address 24 hours before you visit (contract).
- To reply to your enquiries (legitimate interests).
- To send offers and promotions, only if you have subscribed (consent). You can unsubscribe at any time.
How long we keep it
We keep booking records for as long as needed to provide our services and meet our legal and accounting obligations, then delete them.
Who we share it with
Only with the services that help us run bookings, payments and email, under contract and for those purposes alone. We never sell your data.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to how we use it, or withdraw consent. Email us to make a request. If you are unhappy with our response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
